Owen is widely remembered by WTMJ-TV (Channel 4) viewers as an award-winning television journalist. He came to Milwaukee from Boston, where he distinguished himself as a news anchor and reporter at WRKO Radio. He has reported the news in Milwaukee, Boston, and New York City.

His work has been featured nationally on the NBC Nightly News, ABC News, CBS News, and on the Public Broadcasting System (PBS). Owen’s many broadcasting honors include an Emmy Award from the Chicago chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

He brings a wide range of professional video production talent to Metro Video and its clients: from shooting and editing, to award-winning script writing and professional narration. A native of New York City, Owen is a former Peace Corps volunteer, having served three years in the service of Radio Malaysia on the island of Borneo in Southeast Asia.
