Please read and follow these
instructions carefully to assure a great photo production:
1. Gather your photos and printed
memorabilia (announcements, certificates etc) and number them
on the back in the order you want them to appear in the video.
Horizontal photos are more visually appealing than vertical,
although both are acceptable. Size of photos can be regular 3 ˝
x 5 ˝ or 4 x 6 snapshots up to prints as large as 8 x 10.
2. Opening Title – Write your opening
title on the lines below. We suggest keeping the opening message
short, up to 15 words. Subtitles, if any, are $4.00 each (Write
each subtitle on separate pieces of paper, number them on the
back and place them just before the appropriate photos.)

3. Ending Message – Write your ending
message on the lines below, up to 15 words. A longer message is
possible but there will be an extra charge to cover extra
production time.

4. Music – As a gauge choose 3 to 4
minutes of music for every 25 photos. Photos are timed to the
beat of the music. For a faster pace, consider choosing upbeat
music. For a slower pace, choose more medium to slow tempo
music. A mix of both is ideal!
Select music that will go nicely with
all of your photos (as opposed to a specific song for a specific
group of photos in the production.) Photo videos look best when
the music is “timed to the beat” and each song played out in its
entirety. Therefore, please do not choose specific photos for
play with specific songs. While we can produce photos to
video this way, it incurs considerable additional production
time. Fifty cents per photo will be added to the final
invoice if placement of specific photos to specific music is
required.
